The supply of tokens available during the Seed Sale, as well as Private Sales 1 and 2 will be 125,000,000 tokens, or 20% of the total token supply. A legal constraint imposes a maximum of 150 investors per phase.
The $BEE token is a utility token and an Elrond Standard Digital Token (ESDT), its identifier is BEE-cb37b6.

A SAFT contract (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens) has been drafted by our lawyers, this is in order to establish all the legal and regulatory requirements between the investor and the Globees company.
The KYC/KYB process is carried out by our partner SYNAPS.
The 1st phase, named ‘Seed Sale’, will offer 50,000,000 tokens for sale at a price of 0.015€ / $BEE.
Description of phase 1:
Phase 1: The Seed Sale
- Price of the token: 0.015 Euros / $BEE
- Max supply: 50,000,000 tokens, i.e. a maximum of 750,000 Euros.
- Investment: Min. 4,000 Euros / Max. 30,000 Euros.
- 150 investors maximum.
- Payment accepted in EURO (bank transfer to the Globees company account), in EGLD or wUSDC to the Globees wallet, or via UTRUST for all other cryptocurrencies.
The sale process:
At first, you will receive this resume indicating all the details relating to the seed sale.
You will then have to send an email by indicating the amount you wish to invest (between 4,000 and 30,000 Euros) for this first phase, as well as your ERD address.
It will be possible, upon your simple request, to organize a 30-minute call with a member of the Globees team, who can then answer any questions you may have regarding the token sale process.
Attention: Please indicate on your return e-mail, your full ERD address to receive your tokens once the Seed Sale phase is over.
Method 1: Bank transfer
Following validation of the amount that the investor wishes to invest, a link from our Synaps domain will be sent in order to carry out the KYC/KYB.
Once this step has been successfully validated, you must send us an email indicating that the KYC has been completed, has been passed, and that you are ready to proceed with the transfer to the Globees company account (the bank details will be sent to you following validation of the investment amount and the validated KYC). Please attach your ERD address to this email.
Note: Please indicate in reference to the transfer, your surname and first name in order to facilitate a faster validation process by our team.
Once the transfer has been received and processed, our team will come back to you confirming that we are in receipt of the funds.
You will then receive the SAFT contract via DOCUSIGN (e-mail) at the end of the Seed Sale. All you need to do at this stage of the process is check the information in the contract is correct and proceed to the electronic signature.
You will then receive a copy of this contract by email. Following the close of the sale, your tokens will be visible on our dApp, which you can connect to via the Maiar app, Maiar wallet, or Ledger.
Method 2: Payment in EGLD or wUSDC
For this 2nd option, you can buy your $BEE tokens in EGLD or wUSDC.
Following the validation of the amount you wish to invest in Euros, a link to our Synaps domain will be sent to you to carry out your KYC/KYB.
Once the KYC has been completed, all you need to do is send us an email indicating that you are ready to carry out the transaction, please ensure that you attach your ERD address at this point.
Depending on the price of EGLD, an amount to be transferred will be communicated to you. The rate indicated will be valid for 12-hours after it has been sent by e-mail.
Once the EGLD has been transferred to the Globees wallet, you will receive the SAFT contract via DOCUSIGN (e-mail) at the end of the Seed Sale. All you need to do is check the information in the contract and proceed to the electronic signature.
You will then receive a copy of the contract via e-mail. Following the close of the sale, your tokens will be visible on our dApp, which you can connect to via the Maiar app, Maiar wallet, or Ledger.
Method 3: Payment Via Utrust (for all other cryptocurrencies)
For this 3rd option, you can purchase your $BEE tokens in any cryptocurrency.
Attention: Please be advised that Utrust will charge an additional 1% fee on the entirety of the amount for this option.
Following validation of the amount you wish to invest, a link to our Synaps domain will be sent to you in order to carry out your KYC/KYB.
Once this step has been successfully validated, please send us a return e-mail without forgetting to include your ERD address and indicating whether the KYC process has been successful.
You will then have to complete the transaction via a Utrust link that we will send to you via e-mail. You will receive an invoice for the transaction following your payment.
Following this, you will receive the SAFT contract via DOCUSIGN (e-mail) at the end of the Seed Sale. All you do at this point is check that the information in the contract is correct and proceed to the electronic signature.
You will then receive a copy of this contract via e-mail. Following the close of the sale, your tokens will be visible on our dApp, which you can connect to via the Maiar app, Maiar wallet, or Ledger.
Additional information:
During your participation in the Globees Seed Sale, 99.9% of the amount invested will be sent in $BEE tokens to the ERD address communicated, the rest, i.e. 0.1% will be sent in EGLD, this is so wallets that do not have EGLD can carry out the necessary transactions. (Fees)
Investment Duration:
Token vesting will offer a gradual release of the purchased token quantity at 12.5% per quarter, after a token lock-up period of 6 months.
